Email Filtering Instructions

Outlook

• You will need to add our From address, , to your address book:
• On the tools menu click Address Book
• Click New and select Group. This will launch a new card window.
• Enter Casino Tropez in the Group Name and Name boxes, then type our From address, such as or into the email address box.
• Click OK Back

Hotmail or MSN

• Open your Hotmail mailbox.
• Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
• Type: , or other into your safe list.
• If you see one of our emails in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future. Back

Yahoo! Mail

• Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
• Click Mail Options.
• Click Filters.
• Click Add Filter.
• In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
• Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the Casino Tropez email address.
• At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
• Click the Add Filter button again.
• If the Casino Tropez emails have been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. Back

AOL

• Open your AOL mailbox.
• Go to keyword: Spam Controls.
• Version 9.0:
• Open the latest email you have received from us
• Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
• Alternatively, you can just send an email to , , and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
• To Do This
• Open an email you have received from us.
• Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
• A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
• Replace the address in the Send To box with Casino Tropez address such as
• Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
• Even if the email you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list Back

Wanadoo

• To ensure that your Casino Tropez emails are delivered to your Wanadoo mailbox, instruct Wanadoo to attach us to your contacts list. Here's how:
• Open your Wanadoo mailbox.
• Open the email from Casino Tropez.
• Double -click on the Casino Tropez message to open it in a separate window
• Click with the right mouse button on the Casino Tropez address that you want to store.
• In the menu that appears, click on 'Add to Address Book' Back

Gmail

• To ensure that your Casino Tropez emails are delivered to your Gmail inbox, instruct Gmail to filter them to your inbox. Here's how:
• Open your Gmail mailbox.
• Click on Contacts
• Click Add Contacts
• In the first field labeled Name: type in 'casinotropez' (without the quotation marks).
• In the second field labeled email: type in , or other email address from Casino Tropez (without the quotation marks).

Comcast

• To ensure that you receive all of your Casino Tropez emails and ensure they are delivered to your webmail favourites list. Here's how:
• Select the 'Compose Email' button.
• Select the 'Edit' link above the 'Favourites' box
• Select the contacts in your address book that you wish to add to your webmail favourites list and click the 'Add' button. You can add up to five contacts to the list.

• Click Mail Options.
• Click Filters.
• Click Add Filter.
